The Weeknd reacts to ‘douchebag’ backlash in sexy new series

The Weekend defended his “despicable” character on the extremely controversial HBO sequence The Idol after a graphic intercourse scene left viewers horrified.

Sunday night, viewers instantly took to Twitter to slam Tesfaye after the lewd scene aired.

A person wrote that that they had “lost respect” for Tesfaye after watching the episode.

As Page Six beforehand reported in March, the TV drama was slammed by alleged solid and crew members as a “rape fantasy” previous to its launch.

“It was like any rape fantasy that any toxic man would have in the show – and then the woman comes back for more because it makes her music better,” one crew member instructed Rolling Stone.

Depp, 24, has additionally stored a constructive manner amid backlash from viewers for displaying an excessive amount of “breast” and “a**”.
