The Block star Eliza Paschke takes hilarious revenge on her sister Liberty of their new Try Before You Die podcast.
Revenge is a dish finest served…fried apparently, and within the newest episode Eliza challenges her sister to eat and order identical to her for one entire week.
The problem is payback for a earlier episode, when Liberty compelled Eliza to observe a vegan weight loss program for every week, prompting her to vow revenge.
“Your worst nightmare is fatty, unhealthy, calorie laden food. Which is my dream,” Eliza started.
“So I thought, why not force you to eat like I do at every single meal so that maybe you can find a happy medium?”

“If there’s not a fried option, it’s the most unhealthy option or something that I would choose on the menu, which is usually the most unhealthy option” added Eliza.
For Liberty, the concept of consuming quick, fried and fatty meals took issues into uncomfortable territory.

“I’ve had disordered eating patterns in the past and I’ve done a lot of work to overcome that. And now I’m in a really good place,” she admitted. “I’ve learnt a lot about what’s good for my body.”
Eliza then made her level: “You’re a little bit obsessive. Would you say? You beat yourself up when you eat something fatty?”
“Just because I don’t like the way that it makes me feel. I feel disgusting” mentioned Liberty.

“I feel like people would look at this challenge and think, oh this is not a big deal, but for me, eating crap, every meal for a week is big,” mentioned Liberty.
“I have to eat a lot of things fried, which is my worst nightmare.”
