Star shows off new look in rare appearance

Singer Kesha has made a uncommon look in London at an occasion to launch her fifth album.

The star, 36, attended the get together on The Strand on Thursday to advertise Gag Order forward of its May 19 launch.

Kesha was decked out in a plunging, full-length white robe for the event, accessorising with white heels. Her hair, which has just lately been dyed again to blonde after a stint as a brunette, was styled in free waves.

It comes forward of an enormous few months for the Die Young singer, whose long-running authorized battle with Dr Luke is lastly going to trial in mid-July.

The ex-producer is suing Kesha for defamation after she accused him in 2014 of bodily, sexual and emotional abuse.

Kesha has already launched two singles from her upcoming album, referred to as Fine Line and Eat The Acid.

She opened up concerning the “intimate” LP in a latest interview with Rolling Stone, admitting it was “nerve-racking” exposing all her “uglier emotions”.

“I really dug into some of my uglier emotions and sides of myself that are less fun,” she informed the publication.

“It’s scary being vulnerable. The fact that I have compiled an entire record of these emotions, of anger, of insecurity, of anxiety, of grief, of pain, of regret, all of that is so nerve-racking – but it’s also so healing.”

Kesha added that she’d made the album after having a “spiritual awakening” which she’d initially thought-about a psychological breakdown.

“I had this really beautiful, scary, and intense spiritual awakening where it felt like I was talking to my highest self, or God, whatever word you want to say,” she stated.

“I fully thought I was having a mental breakdown. I called my therapist and my doctor. They all were like, ‘Oh, you had a spiritual awakening. Yay! Good job.’”
