A Perth fan “obsessed” with Dua Lipa has shared the second she met the British pop princess at an upscale western suburbs restaurant earlier than chaotic scenes broke out and the star was whisked away by safety.
Chloe Sneddon was at The Shorehouse in Swanbourne grabbing a drink together with her sister Nina and mum Gabby when she noticed Lipa, who was sitting behind them.
“I made eye contact and was low-key freaking out but I didn’t do anything, Mum was like ‘we need to say something’ as she was sitting right behind us so we turned around and said ‘We love you, we are coming to your concert,” she stated.
“She was so nice, so friendly, super appreciative we said that.
“I love her, I’m obsessed with her, tonight will be the first time seeing her perform and I’m so excited, I love all her songs and her outfits are the coolest.
“After asking Lipa, she said we could get a photo when she was leaving.”
Lipa will hit the stage at RAC Arena on Wednesday night time on what would be the remaining date of the Oceania leg of her world Future Nostalgia tour.
