According to courtroom paperwork, Lili Bernard, Eden Tirl, Jewel Gittens, Jennifer Thompson and Cindra Ladd filed a joint lawsuit on Monday towards The Cosby Show star, the present’s community NBC and its manufacturing firm. The lawsuit alleges every girl was abused or sexually assaulted by Cosby, 85. Four of the allegations date from the late Nineteen Eighties or early Nineties, whereas the fifth dates again to 1969. Cosby’s spokesperson Andrew Wyatt known as the lawsuit “frivolous” and the ladies a part of a “parade of accusers” who had come ahead between 2014 and 2016.
