Actor Alec Baldwin has filed a lawsuit towards an armorer and three different crew members over the lethal capturing on the set of the Western film Rust, which claimed the lifetime of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.
Baldwin’s swimsuit was filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court as a cross-complaint stemming from a earlier swimsuit wherein a special member of the crew named Baldwin and the others as defendants.
It is one in all many items of litigation stemming from the October 21, 2021 tragedy which can also be beneath prison investigation and will end in New Mexico state fees.
Baldwin’s cross-complaint names armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, first assistant director Dave Halls, prop provider Seth Kenney and prop grasp Sarah Zachry.

Hutchins was killed when a revolver Baldwin was rehearsing with throughout filming in New Mexico fired a stay spherical that hit her and film director Joel Souza, who survived.
In a tv interview, the actor stated he didn’t pull the set off of the Colt .45 revolver and it fired after he cocked it.
An FBI forensic check of the single-action revolver discovered it “functioned normally” and wouldn’t fireplace with out the set off being pulled.
