“I guess I’ve got another level of tolerance … You absorb more, you have more to share because you’ve got all of this life experience now at 52 that I didn’t have when I was 23,” he advised the journal.

“All that stuff that I’ve absorbed [over that time] is this library of beautiful content that I can now share with my daughter and my new son, and that’s just the best gift.”

As for the bodily aspect of issues, properly, Durie concedes he actually feels “more tired” this time round.

“I feel more tired than I’ve been for a long, long time,” he mentioned.

“But every time I feel tired, I look over to Ameka – who looks incredible and doesn’t show any signs of tiredness whatsoever, despite averaging four hours of sleep a night because the baby is feeding every 90 minutes – and her stoicism is astounding”

Durie introduced his engagement to Jane in February 2021. The pair are but to formally wed.
