Back To The Future star Michael J Fox has obtained an honorary Oscar for his work to enhance the lives of Parkinson’s victims.

The 61-year-old actor was introduced with the award by his good buddy Woody Harrelson, who starred alongside Fox in Doc Hollywood in 1991 – the yr that he was recognized with the situation.

Fox embraced Harrelson as he was given the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award on the annual Governors Awards at Fairmont Century Plaza in Los Angeles on the weekend.
