Home and Away actor James Stewart has shared the unimaginable outcomes of his latest way of life overhaul.
The 47-year-old Australian star, who performs Justin Morgan on the long-running Seven cleaning soap, has dropped 12kg after embarking on a health journey, with out the assistance of a private coach.
Stewart may very well be seen posing shirtless within the gymnasium, flaunting his spectacular six pack.
In a prolonged Instagram caption, Stewart defined he weighed in at 100kg when he determined to make a change.
“I was sluggish … wore baggy shirts and didn’t feel great,” he wrote.

Stewart, who’s married to fellow Home and Away actress Sarah Roberts, was praised by his colleagues within the feedback part.
Fellow cleaning soap star Georgie Parker wrote, “Man that’s such a great accomplishment. You look healthy and HAPPY.”
