Now the Pitch Perfect universe expands right into a model new TV collection, Pitch Perfect: Bumper in Berlin, dropping completely on Stan.

Set a number of years after his final look in Pitch Perfect 3, the collection follows Bumper Allen (Adam DeVine) as he strikes to Germany to revive his music profession after considered one of his songs turns into a giant hit in Berlin.

“I was just so excited to be part of [Bumper in Berlin].”
In the brand new collection, Pieter’s position expands as he shares a previous with new Pitch Perfect villain Gisela, performed by Jameela Jamil.
Jamil is well-known to audiences as her position of Tahani on The Good Place.
“I wasn’t aware there was a franchise before this, I thought we were starting something completely new,” jokes Jamil.
“It’s amazing to know there was a fan base for this show and people are hungry for something new,” she says.
Lera Abova performs DJ Das Boot, Pieter’s sister, and you’ll anticipate loads of household drama between them.
“There was a moment in this world where everyone in the world knew what Pitch Perfect was. It’s a huge deal,” Abova explains.
“I wish the fans from Pitch Perfect people don’t compare the show to the movies and they surrender to the show. And that the humour and the ‘warm feeling’ you get from watching the films, will stay.”
For Jamil, she’s excited to see how followers reply to the brand new Pitch Perfect entry.
“I think we can attract new people who maybe wouldn’t have thought of Pitch Perfect as their genre, because there is a lot of The Good Place-type humour in this. [Creator] Megan Amram is such a smart, edgy writer and I think we’ve taken the Pitch Perfect [world] and added a touch of spoof and satire.
“It’s what the world wants proper now: We’re all taking ourselves approach too significantly.”
