Exclusive: Benjamin Bratt reveals ‘ridiculous’ behind-the-scenes moment filming the new Stan series Poker Face

”In every episode someone ends up dead, and it’s never a mystery to the audiences as to who is responsible for the murder, you’ll find that out right away,” Bratt defined.

“The fun in the show is to watch Charlie unravel the lies of the person who is trying to protect themselves as the murderer.”

Bratt had nothing however reward for his co-star Lyonne’s portrayal of Charlie Cale.

“She’s just got an endlessly watchable personality,” he raved.

“Some people are calling her the female version of Columbo, she’s just so quirky and idiosyncratic.”

Bratt’s reward for Lyonne comes as no shock, with the actor revealing the pair have been all the time having enjoyable on set.

”I think at one point, Adrien Brody, Natasha and myself were engaging in a scene where the energy had to be heightened and we’re on a very calm, very relaxed set,” he defined.

“Someone suggested that we all do pushups and jumping jacks together to lift the energy, so we did.

“It was most likely ridiculous to look at but it surely served the aim.”

Bratt said that moment serves as a reminder that while acting is “critical business” at the end of the day “it is all play”.

“If you are there and having an excellent time and executing the story then I feel you are onto a route to success and I feel we and Rian Johnson have achieved that,” he added.
