Beatles legend Paul McCartney to skip Perth on Aussie tour

Beatles legend Paul McCartney is reportedly returning Down Under for his first go to since 2017’s career-spanning One on One tour.

But earlier than Fab Four followers mud off their vinyl and bank cards, Macca is rumoured to be pulling a Swifty — that’s, leaving WA off his live performance itinerary, like Taylor Swift.

An east coast newspaper reported that the 81-year-old Liverpudlian is in talks with Australian promoters for what could be his fifth-ever journey to this nation since Beatlemania introduced a number of cities to a standstill in June, 1964.

McCartney kicked off the Australasian leg of the One on One tour with a three-hour, 39-song tour de pressure on December 2, 2017, at nib Stadium, now HBF Park.
