An Australian-born choreographer who visited Michael Jackson at Neverland Ranch when he was a toddler will take the singer’s property to courtroom claiming he was molested by the King of Pop within the late 80s.
Wade Robson intends to sue Michael Jackson’s company MJJ Productions Inc. claiming he was molested by the singer for seven years.
However, the Estate is arguing it had no authorized responsibility to guard Robson or anybody else from Jackson as a result of it had no capacity to manage the star.
According to TMZ, a trial courtroom agreed with this argument, however the Court of Appeal has made a tentative ruling and it appears just like the case shall be despatched again down for trial.
Robson first met Jackson when he was 5, after profitable a dance competitors in Australia.
On his visits to the US as a younger boy, Robson claims Jackson befriended him and sexually abused him.
When Jackson was on trial for molesting one other boy, in 2005, Robson testified in courtroom that he had slept in mattress with the singer a number of occasions however nothing occurred.
In 2013, he modified his story and filed a lawsuit towards the corporate saying his testimony was false and he had been “brainwashed”.
Robson appeared within the 2019 documentary Leaving Neverland and described the alleged abuse.
