American pop star Ava Max was bodily assaulted by an unruly fan onstage throughout her live performance in Los Angeles final evening.
The 29-year-old was in the course of performing her hit track The Motto when a male fan allegedly jumped on stage and slapped her on the face.

Police have since arrested and charged Nicolas Malvagna, 27, from New Jersey with assault and aggravated harassment in connection to the incident involving Rexha.
“I was trying to see if I could hit her with the phone at the end of the show because it would be funny,” Malvagna reportedly informed prosecutors, reported the New York Post.
