NSW Premier-designate Chris Minns has emerged after Labor’s historic win on Saturday night time, stopping for a fast espresso date along with his household after late night time celebrating.
At about 11am, Mr Minns arrived at Cafe 959 in Kogarah along with his spouse Anna, and three sons. The household ordered coffees and sizzling sweets for the youngsters.
Mr Minns’ second eldest youngster Nicholas, requested for a “flat white,” nevertheless his dad denied the request.
Previously sitting on a razor-thin margin of 0.1 per cent, Mr Minns comfortably retained the citizens, rising his margin to about 20 per cent.

With round 55 per cent of the vote counted in Pittwater, Liberal candidate Rory Amon might lose the seat to Teal impartial Jacqui Scruby.
Counting will resume on Monday.
