Collapsed quick grocery supply service Milkrun has been rescued by business large Woolworths.
The firm emailed clients on Thursday, saying it could now be branded Milkrun powered by Metro.
Supplied by Woolworths Metro, the takeover sees Milkrun and its blue branding turn out to be part of the grocery chain’s Metro60 platform.
Delivery is predicted to common 33 minutes, with no service charge and a flat $5 supply cost.
The ultra-fast start-up constructed its model on low cost costs and an preliminary promise of 10-minute supply.
But it made the choice to shut in April due to monetary troubles.
