Hunt for woman after blind man robbed

{A partially} blind man was allegedly robbed whereas attempting to get money out at an ATM.

The 72-year-old was lining up to make use of the machine at a procuring centre in Mt Druitt, about 44km west of Sydney, at about 1.30pm on Sunday, March 19, when the incident unfolded.

While ready for employees help, police allege a girl approached him and provided to assist withdraw his funds.

He accepted her assist, however because the transaction went by, the lady allegedly withdrew a bigger quantity than requested.

NSW Police allege she then ran off with the money.

Police wish to converse with a girl who might be able to help with the investigation.

She is described as being of caucasian look, between 18-23 years outdated, of skinny construct with brown hair.

At the time she was carrying a gray cropped T-shirt, light-blue ripped denims, black thongs, a dark-coloured backpack, and glasses.
