“Elizabeth Quay is a developing area and there are quite a few towers going up there. We see that there is an opportunity for our premium brand,” Mr Thorp mentioned.

“We are trying to tie both stories into some sort of historical relevance … and designers are doing drapery in the venue to bring two stories together with black swans and cattle.”

The interiors will likely be plush, Mr Thorp mentioned, with a big exterior bar, a wine wall, personal eating, and show fridges with hung meat and seafood.

With Chevron because the 29-level tower’s main tenant, Mr Thorp expects 6HEAD will likely be in style with the company marketplace for lunch and dinner.
