A rescue mission for a pod of pilot whales stranded on a seaside in Western Australia will resume on Wednesday morning.
The Department of Park and Wildlife estimate as much as 70 long-finned pilot whales are caught on Cheynes Beach about 60 kilometres east of Albany.
