The baby, recognized as 12-year-old Kelly ‘KJ’ Conklin, was final seen on Dec. 20, and officers with the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office say his mother and father have been arrested for baby abuse allegations indirectly arrested to KJ’s disappearance.
