Police mentioned a Ford Festiva hatchback collided with an influence pole on Willmott Drive, Cooloongup at about 11pm.
The 32-year-old girl died on the scene.
An 11-year-old lady and an eight-year-old boy have been taken to hospital with minor accidents.
WA Police are interesting for details about the crash and dashcam footage.
