A solo sailor from Queensland has been rescued off the coast of South Australia after the 22-year-old signalled for assist in wild climate on Friday.
Xavier Doer was rescued by a container ship about 630 kilometres west of Kangaroo Island on Saturday afternoon after the sailor tried to interrupt an Australian report.
Mr Doer has sustained head accidents however is just not severely damage.
