The Philippines registered 414 new coronavirus infections on Thursday, pushing the nationwide caseload to 4,166,862, information from the Department of Health confirmed.

According to GMA Integrated News Research, this marked the second straight day of accelerating instances and per week of getting fewer than 500 instances.

Meanwhile, the variety of lively instances barely jumped to six,771, and the entire recoveries climbed to 4,093,607.

The nation’s loss of life toll stood at 66,484, the eighth straight day of no new deaths.

In the previous two weeks, the National Capital Region had the best variety of new instances with 1,219, adopted by Central Luzon with 812, Calabarzon with 713, Western Visayas with 441, and Cagayan Valley with 403.

Among cities and provinces, Quezon City recorded the best variety of new instances within the final 14 days with 322, adopted by Cavite with 229, Iloilo with 198, Bulacan with 190, and Cagayan with 186.

A complete of 6,446 people had been examined on Wednesday, and 312 testing laboratories submitted information.
