The Manila Regional Trial Court on Thursday issued a launch order for activist Reina Mae Nasino, the mom who misplaced her three-month-old daughter whereas in detention, and her co-accused.
Judge Paulino Gallegos of the Manila RTC Branch 47 ordered the discharge of Nasino, Alma Moran, and Ram Carlo Bautista after they posted bail within the case involving unlawful possession of firearms and explosives.
Their camp earlier urged the court docket to scale back the bail for Nasino and Moran to P210,000 from P420,000 and the bail for Bautista to P285,000 from P570,000.
They cited Section 9 of the Rules on Criminal Procedure, which states that the decide who grants the appliance should repair an affordable quantity of bail contemplating the accused’s monetary capacity, character and fame, and the load of the proof, amongst others.
