Ginebra beats San Miguel for PBA 3×3 Leg 1 crown

Barangay Ginebra emerged victorious in opposition to San Miguel in extra time, 19-17, to win Leg 1 of PBA 3×3 First Conference Season 3 on Tuesday on the Ayala Mall Manila Bay.

Donald Gumaru drilled the game-winning level to complete with eight markers as Ginebra bagged a complete of P100,000 prize cash.

Former NCAA star Kim Aurin posted an all-around outing of 5 factors, 5 rebounds, and 5 assists, together with the setup for Gumaru within the closing play.

Ralph Cu and Raphael Salcedo chipped in 4 and two factors, respectively, for the Kings.

En path to the finals, Ginebra defeated Terrafirma within the semifinals, 17-13, whereas escaping Pioneer within the quarterfinals. The Kings completed the eliminations with a clear 3-0 win-loss slate.

Meanwhile, Cavitex completed with bronze place following a 21-15 victory in opposition to the Dyip within the battle for third.
