Sky News Political Editor Andrew Clennell questions if the “weak response” from NSW Premier Chris Minns on Gladys Berejiklian’s corruption findings has come at a value to the integrity of presidency.
“Sources close to the NSW Premier have put to me that this approach from Minns is political and seeks to mirror his approach during the pandemic where he sought not to throw spears at the other side of politics,” Mr Clennell stated.
“Chris Minns is seeking to appeal to middle class voters in the outer suburbs who have sympathy for Gladys Berejiklian – voters he needs to hang onto to power.”
