It’s been revealed former PWC Chief Executive Tom Seymour and a senior colleague stop their roles with a controversial training supplier in the course of the consulting agency’s tax scandal.
Mr Seymour and Tax professional Kai Zhang have been administrators and traders of Hong Kong-based Top Education.
