The Philippine nationwide males’s basketball staff arrived in Estonia on Friday (Manila time) as a part of their preparations for the upcoming 2023 FIBA World Cup.
Gilas Pilipinas head coach Chot Reyes shared a snippet of their coaching there on social media.
While in Europe, the Philippine staff will be part of a number of pocket tournaments to organize for the upcoming World Cup which is able to see the staff face Dominican Republic, Angola, and Italy within the group stage.
The World Cup will likely be hosted by the Philippines, together with Japan and Indonesia, on August 25 to September 10.
