Fitness influencer Tammy Hembrow has spoken out about her latest most cancers scare.
The 29-year-old took to social media this week, throughout which she revealed she lately had a melanoma faraway from her leg.
She mentioned she hoped her expertise would encourage others to get extra common pores and skin checks, after she had cancelled a number of earlier appointments.
“I finally went and there was a new little freckle that was on the back of my leg,” she mentioned.
“I went back this morning and (the doctor) had to take a big chunk out of my leg.
“I’ve got about 30 stitches, and now I have to go back every three months for a full skin check to make sure that it isn’t coming back.
“Just don’t be stupid like me and think that you’re somehow invincible, because you’re not.”
Mother-of-three Hembrow has 19 million followers throughout Instagram, Youtube, and TikTok — not together with her two business accounts — and is taken into account one of many nation’s prime influencers.
The Queenslander is the blueprint for many aspiring influencers and he or she believes it’s her relatability that has made her a hit.
“I’ve been very open with my life, I’ve been real and I’ve been honest. I show the good and the bad and I think everyone can relate to that somehow. I’m just a normal girl who had a baby young and proved to everyone that you can still be successful,” she mentioned beforehand.
