Rafael Nadal pulls out of French Open with injured hip

Rafael Nadal has introduced he’s pulling out of the French Open due to a lingering hip harm that has sidelined him since January.

The proprietor of a document 14 championships on the clay-court grand slam event will miss it for the primary time since making his debut there in 2005.

Nadal delivered the news of his withdrawal from the occasion that begins in Paris on May 28 throughout a news convention at his tennis academy in Manacor, Spain, on Thursday.

“The evolution of the injury I sustained in Australia has not gone as I would have liked. I have lost goals along the way, and Roland Garros becomes impossible,” Nadal informed reporters.

“At this moment, I won’t be able to be at Roland Garros. With what that tournament is for me, you can imagine how difficult it is.

“I’ve no intention of continuous to play for the following few months.”
