Australian Hotels Association National President David Canny says the potato scarcity is placing lots of stress on provide chains and meals venues are needing to rethink various choices for the menu.
“This potato shortage is putting of pressure on the supply chain,” he instructed Sky News Australia.
“Venues are running out; they’re on very low supply and having to rethink their menus.”
