A prosecutor in St. Petersburg has requested a three-year suspended sentence for a girl who left a notice with an “insulting inscription” on the grave of President Vladimir Putin’s mother and father, human rights group OVD-Info mentioned on Wednesday.
A prison case was opened in October towards Irina Tsybaneva, 60, who investigators say positioned the notice in a metropolis cemetery earlier that month.
Russian news outlet Mediazona mentioned the notice addressed Putin’s mom and father because the “parents of a maniac” and that “the whole world prays for his death.”
“Death to Putin, you raised a freak and a murderer,” it mentioned.
