The Dockers received’t be the one on-field performers in purple this weekend, with the Purple Wiggle and his bandmates set to rock on the SCG.
The Wiggles will take to the sector at half-time of Fremantle’s essential conflict with Sydney in a bonus musical set for any diehard Dockers followers making the journey east.
It’s in help of youngsters’s most cancers charity Redkite, with supporters inspired to make donations and again the trigger for the Swans’ Redkite Day.
“We’re so excited to be able to perform for families at Redkite Day,” Red Wiggle Simon Pryce stated.
“Redkite is an amazing organisation that provide support to families going through a difficult time, and we’re so proud to partner with the Sydney Swans to help raise awareness for the wonderful work they do.
“For us, there’s nothing more that we want to do than support families, so to be part of it and to be here (at the SCG) and be able to perform is such a thrill for The Wiggles.”
