The telecommunications large has apologised for the “hassle”, saying its technicians have been working urgently to repair the difficulty since late yesterday.
Calls to Triple Zero and cellular knowledge are usually not affected.
The outage is believed to be affecting some clients in Sydney, Brisbane and Canberra.
