‘I would love to fly’ again at the coronation: Coronation Flypast Veteran recall the last coronation

Coronation Flypast Veteran Terence Devey Smith discusses what it was like for him to fly as a part of the late Queen Elizabeth’s Coronation in 1953.

“The most memorable thing was the weather, it was poor weather,” he informed Sky News Australia host Piers Morgan.

“To fly in close formation demonstrating our skills in front of her Majesty was a great honour.”
