HELSINKI, Finland – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy stated on Wednesday his nation had not attacked Moscow or Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“We don’t attack Putin, or Moscow, we fight on our territory,” Zelenskiy informed a news convention in Helsinki.
