DICT ‘Beta testing’ government super app

The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) is now testing an app which can be utilized for all authorities transactions for its eventual roll out.

Interviewed on PTV’s public briefing, DICT Assistant Secretary Edwin Ligot mentioned the federal government will launch a single portal for all authorities providers.

“It is being tested right now. The government’s super app is undergoing ‘Beta’ testing now,” Ligot mentioned.

The creation of the only working system or portal for all authorities transactions was permitted by President Ferdinand  Jr. in early April. 

Ligot mentioned the DICT is working with the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) to map out the processes of various companies so they might be collated in a single system.

He mentioned the nationwide ID might be used as a single verification for presidency transaction accomplished by the federal government tremendous app.
