Two Civil Engineering graduates garnered the best ranking amongst examinees who efficiently hurdled the April 2023 Civil Engineer Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) introduced.
Garret Wilkenson Ching Sia from De La Salle University – Manila and Alexis Castillo Alegado from Mariano Marcos State University – Batac gained 92.10 % ranking.
They bested 5, 887 out of 16,936 who handed the licensure exams that have been administered in NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.
