Michael Voss and Carlton had no concept that was coming.

“There was a response … and I’m pleased they stuck that out,” he mentioned.
“But when the whips are cracking, you have to be there at the start and we just weren’t.
“It needs to be a little bit of each. We tip our hat to the opposition, they had been too good.
“We didn’t do the right thing. We didn’t come at the start and at an away venue, at a really important occasion, we were on the back foot.”
Voss mentioned Carlton deserved no matter criticism is levelled at them, with the main target now on making ready for an additional huge check towards St Kilda on April 23.
“Accept what comes our way. We can only go about in the coming week and the next opponent we face,” he mentioned.
