Action for Alice founder Darren Clarke has referred to as for the Prime Minister and Indigenous Australians Minister to have a bipartisan assembly with Opposition chief Peter Dutton and CLP Senator Jacinta Price to “sort out” the crime in Alice Springs.
“We can’t wait for generational change, we’ve got kids hurting, we’ve got women being bashed, we’ve got men with severe alcohol problems – they’ve been forgotten too,” he mentioned throughout a media convention on Wednesday.
“We’ve got to change this immediately, we’ve got to save lives because people can‘t wait any longer.”
