It’s meant that this Easter weekend, volunteers can be choosing up the mess left behind by the thieves who rummaged by means of after which stole from the donations.
Volunteers on the charity retailer in Aberfoyle Park stated many objects will find yourself having to be thrown out resulting from their situation within the aftermath.
They observe that donations left outdoors the shop throughout holidays usually get broken or stolen.
However, the shop’s supervisor, Elaine Laboure, stated incidents like these will be prevented.
“We really appreciate the people that donate, but please do it when we’re open,” she instructed 9News.
Volunteer Corinne Simpson stated incidents like this are devastating for the volunteers.
”Something like this, it just breaks your heart, it really does,” she stated.
“It’s a lot of work and generally our volunteers are older so it’s a lot for them to go through. “
It is unclear who stole the donations.
