SEOUL, South Korea – North Korea on Thursday accused the US and South Korea of escalating stress to the brink of nuclear conflict by their joint navy drills involving American strategic belongings, vowing to reply with “offensive action,” state media KCNA stated.

North Korea has been ramping up its navy exercise in current weeks, unveiling new, smaller nuclear warheads, vowing manufacturing of extra weapons-grade nuclear materials and testing what it referred to as a nuclear-capable underwater assault drone.
