Afril Bernardino and Janine Pontejos returns to the large stage as the 2 veterans banner Gilas Pilipinas Women for the 2023 FIBA Asia Cup 3×3 slated for March 29 to April 2 in Singapore.
The Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas (SBP) bared the rosters on Monday with Khate Castillo and Clare Castro becoming a member of Bernardino and Pontejos within the three-a-side event.
The Filipina cagers are bunched with China and Iran in Pool A, dealing with the previous on April 1 at 2:50 p.m. and the latter at 6:15 p.m. (each in Philippine time).
Meanwhile, PBA 3×3 stars headline the boys’s staff with scoring machine Almond Vosotros of TNT alongside his teammate Samboy De Leon main the crew.
Completing the four-man squad are Jorey Napoles and Brandon Bates, who performed for Cavitex Braves and Platinum Karaoke, respectively.
They will first face Qatar on March 31 at 8:45 p.m.
