“We don’t know whether drugs were involved but we want to put your safety first, so this announcement is just to say don’t take any recreational drugs,” Panama organiser Tim Carroll is claimed.

“It’s not safe to do so,” he mentioned.

“If you have any concerns, we’re available, we’re on radio, also at the first aid hut.”

Panama is a three-day competition described by the occasion as a “celebration of music and community.”

It’s located within the Lone Star Valley within the north east of the state.

“Each March, 1500 patrons join us in the fields, to camp under the stars and witness some of the best acts you never knew you loved,” the competition says on its web site.

The sold-out competition returned in 2023 after lacking a number of years because of the pandemic.

It was headlined by Zambian artist Sampa the Great.

Police mentioned a report could be ready for the Coroner.

“Our thoughts are with the man’s family and loved one’s at this difficult time.”
