The lady’s physique was discovered inside a home in Kallangur about 12.50pm right this moment after police recieved experiences of a struggle.
A 36-year-old man is “assisting police”.
“The property has been declared a crime scene, with an investigation underway into the circumstances surrounding her death, which is being treated as suspicious,” Queensland Police stated in a press release.
