Police in Thailand have caught up with a suspected drug kingpin who they are saying underwent intensive cosmetic surgery with a view to appear like a Korean man.

Saharat Sawangjaeng was arrested final week after allegedly evading police for 3 months, Bangkok Post reviews.

The 25-year-old is accused of importing massive quantities of ecstasy to different sellers and patrons in Bangkok.

Saharat has been charged with importing narcotics. Police allege he admitted to ordering MDMA – often known as ecstasy – utilizing cryptocurrencies on the darkish internet, the BBC reviews.
