Sky News Political Editor Andrew Clennell says there may be “some irony” in NSW Labor’s proposal to have a state-owned vitality firm, because it was the Labor authorities in 2008 who fought to promote electrical energy turbines.
He stated the 2008 NSW authorities repeatedly argued the “only way to keep the lights on” within the state was to “sell the generators off and have the private sector invest”.
