Libs think they’ll win elections by ‘being exactly the same as Labor’ but slightly to the right

NSW Liberal Democrats candidate John Ruddick says the Liberal Party believes it could get away with “being exactly the same as Labor” however having a barely right-wing stance politically.

“Now, this is a strategy that doesn’t work,” he advised Sky News host Rita Panahi.

“They got obliterated in Western Australia, they had a one-term government in Victoria.”
