The Philippine Army (PA) stated Sunday it should look into attainable gaps in its recruitment and coaching processes, following the taking pictures incident in Camp Evangelista in Cagayan de Oro which killed 5 troopers.
Interviewed on Super Radyo dzBB, PA spokesperson Xerxes Trinidad stated that the Board of Inquiry (BOI) would conduct an inner probe to find out what triggered the taking pictures.
