A retired Court of Appeals (CA) justice will full the five-man committee that may evaluation the courtesy resignations of senior Philippine National Police (PNP) officers.

In an announcement, Interior Secretary Benhur Abalos recognized former CA Associate Justice Melchor Quirino Sadang because the fifth member of the committee.

Aside from Sadang, the opposite members of the committee are Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong, PNP chief Police General Rodolfo Azurin Jr., former Defense secretary Gilbert Teodoro Jr, and Office of the Presidential Adviser on Military Affairs’ Undersecretary Isagani Neres.

Sadang, in accordance with Abalos, served as vice govt decide and presiding decide of a regional trial courtroom. From 1993 to 1994, he represented the Department of Justice as a panel member within the negotiating panel of the Rebolusyong Alyansang Makabayan.
